He isnt 2 until next week, but it seems to be arriving soon enough for this judgment to be quite accurate.
Terrible 2's must be fake.
Dash has never been more wonderful, sweet, cooperative, agreeable, cuddly and loving, in all of this life. These are all pretty "dash-y" traits, but more so than ever these last few months!
And it is making me believe my assumption of the terrible 2's is totally accurate.
Moms?
Am I just jumping the gun? Are you going to tell me to "just wait" until 2 really does hit? Im finding it hard to believe that "terrible" is anywhere in his near future.
Dane took this picture of my mum, Dash and I at a birthday party the other night. I love it. He is one loved little bugger by this Mimi of his.

i think you're in the clear. from what my friends are saying it's now the terrible THREES.
OH NO! Terrible 3's!? At least I have more time to prepare.
haha yep its the terrible threes :) ivy isn't officially three yet - but i can say that three may be a tad harder than two. but still i can't complain too much.
and im dying over that picture. it is so so adorable!
I remember feeling that same way about Boston after he turned two. I kept thinking "what is everyone talking about" because he was so sweet and fun at that age. He didn't start to get more defiant until he turned three but it probably depends a lot on their personality because even still the kid is pretty chill and never throws tantrums or anything. Lincoln on the other hand ... he's only 18 months but already a handful. They're personalities are as different as night and day.
3 is a billion times worse than 2. Get ready--- maybe he will be a champ and miss them both.
Love that pic! Dash is sure a loved little boy!
I found that 2.5 is when Quinn turned it up a notch. Still I wouldn't describe them as terrible twos. Just as he learned to talk more, his demands became more insistent :) I'm hoping that the terrible threes can be avoided!!!
cute pic!
I agree... With my first 2 dollies three is/was when you have to step up your mom game. ;)
I've never understood the "terrible twos". Cole has never been more easy and delightful. I must say though, as he's entering into his 3rd year of life shortly, I'm getting a little worried....he's not as, let's say, pleasant as he used to be.
Everyone is saying the same thing!! Terrible 3's. When are you coming to Disneyland??
Blake was perfect 3 months ago. Right now is a completely different story! It's not as hard when you love them so much though right?
I'm convinced it's terrible 1.5's. Or whenever they grow all their teeth. I'm in for the long haul, huh? ;)
You and your Moms are twins, she is such a babe! Also, your hair is gorge and you are teeny weeny. Can't wait to see you in 2 weeks!
I think part of this is your ability to see the good in everything, and your happy positive attitude about being a mom! I have found 3-5 to be the hardest so far. Trying to gain their independence.
